Estimator – Commercial & Institutional Construction

What You’ll Do

• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial and institutional construction projects.
• Review drawings, blueprints, and specifications to complete precise takeoffs.
• Work closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and smooth pre-construction processes.
• Prepare professional proposals and tender submissions that stand out.

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of estimating experience in general contracting, ideally in commercial or institutional builds.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to Have: A background in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
