Job Description
We are looking for a Counselor Intern or MSW Intern to join our team! This position facilitates the substance use disorder recovery process for clients in a trauma informed care setting that promotes a strong team environment of support.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing Joint Commission standards and New Jersey licensure criteria to all aspects of treatment and documentation.
-Conducting individual sessions, facilitating process groups, family sessions, and psychoeducational lectures.
-Demonstrating knowledge and application of ASAM criteria and NJSAMS.
-Working with the Clinical Director to assure guidance and support for clinical growth.
Qualifications
-Working towards CADC or LSW
-Minimum of 2 years of direct services in co-occurring treatment
