Description

Lead customer-facing implementation projects for SaaS and digital health platforms integrated with medical devices.

Coordinate cross-functional teams - including Sales, Service, Clinical, and IT - to align on project goals and timelines.
*

Oversee onboarding and integration of digital platforms for healthcare providers (surgeons, nurses, technicians).
*

Facilitate key meetings and ensure clear communication between internal stakeholders and customers.
*

Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
*

Translate business and clinical needs into actionable project plans, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
*

Maintain and standardize documentation, templates, and operational checklists for scalable delivery.
*

Analyze project performance data to identify process improvements and support operational excellence initiatives.
*

Contribute to continuous improvement by driving efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction in every project.

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in project management, IT implementation, or digital solution delivery
*

Proven ability to lead customer-facing projects - ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or SaaS
*

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in both Japanese and English
*

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales, Clinical, Service, IT)
*

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
*

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project)
*

Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies a plus
