We’re currently looking for a full-time Ecommerce Storefront Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is located in Winnipeg, MB and will be based out of our Home Run Sports location (20 de la Seigneurie Blvd). The primary responsibilities of the Ecommerce Storefront Coordinator include setting up Online Team Stores for the Sales Team and providing support for stores, responding to internal and external customer inquiries or directing them to the appropriate channels.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain stores in Order My Gear (OMG)
• Assist Sales Representatives and CSAs with store set up
• Review and maintain stores to ensure all product is added and available
• Process refunds within system
• Process order updates and adjustments on customer orders
• Facilitate system communication regarding order status
• Add pertinent store information into NetSuite quotes
• Communicate with customers regarding store updates (i.e. delivery delays, product substitutions, etc.)
• Respond to external customer inquiries
• Act as liaison with CSA Manager regarding processes for order entry, art proofs etc.
• Adhoc reporting as needed
• Product data procurement, maintenance & quality control for websites and B2B product catalogues using the Shopify Plus platform.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Over 2-years' experience in a customer service setting
• Strong IT skillset
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and function as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word), Microsoft Teams and OneDrive
• Experience with NetSuite and Order My Gear a definite asset
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within frequently changing priorities
