The organization supports business leaders with strategic planning, performance monitoring, and management reporting, playing a critical role in driving digital transformation and business growth.

The Role

As a member of the IT Services FP&A Division, you will work closely with business unit CFOs and executives, supporting decision-making and business transformation. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic and business planning (mid-term planning, business strategy, structural and organizational analysis)
• Budgeting and forecasting, monitoring performance, and variance analysis
• Driving operational and process improvements
• Managing finance rules, controls, and operations

Your Skills

For Manager level Candidates:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or related finance functions
• Proven people management experience (leading a team of ~5)

For Senior Staff level Candidates:

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or FP&A in a corporate environment
