- 10+ years of accounting work experience, including working as a manager in accounting
- Native or fluent in Japanese and business to conversational English skills is good
- Experience in internal audit and internal control
- Business-level Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Experience in SOX (US-SOX or J-SOX) is a plus
- Having certified internal auditor certification is a plus
- Must be living in Japan
