Located in southeastern Pennsylvania, White Horse Village is a non-profit senior living provider. White Horse Village provides independent living, personal care, long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and other ancillary services. This director level position, reporting to the VP of Operations, provides oversight to the organization’s health care services. This includes the skilled nursing and personal care facilities and outpatient clinic. The division generates roughly $10 million in revenue, is licensed for approximately 125 residents (SNF and PC), and has about 150 team members.
The Director is responsible for day-to-day operations, develops and monitors the budget, creates and revises policies and systems to ensure high-quality care, and monitors compliance with applicable rules and regulations. The person directly supervisors a small team including personal care administrator(s) and the care coordination manager. The Director also works with leaders from other departments (maintenance, dining, HR) to problem-solve issues direct impacting the residents and team in the health care services areas.
