About the Role

• A fast-growing technology company in the mobile communications space is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its finance team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and experience in both financial planning and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis for key business units
• Support project-based financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare and present management reports and performance insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with internal policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experiences in the technology industry
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in English (Japanese language skills are a plus but not required)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred
