Technical Recruiter

Location: Ontario (Hybrid or Remote options may be available)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role reports directly to the Division Director and is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and placing technical professionals in both contract and permanent roles across a variety of IT verticals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit, and qualify candidates for technical positions, including both contract and permanent placements.
• Recruit across various IT domains such as ERP, software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and more.
• Use job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Bullhorn), Boolean searches, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Directors to understand client needs and provide suitable candidate submissions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including initial outreach, screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer support.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in our ATS.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of technical recruitment experience in an agency environment .
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for both contract and permanent roles.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and industry terminology.
• Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) , preferably Bullhorn .
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Previous experience in public sector recruitment an asset.
