Requirements:
• At least 7 years of developing web services using modern frameworks.
• At least 5 years of backend experience in Python, Ruby, or similar languages.
• Experience with SaaS development.
• 2+ years of mentoring / technical leadership experience.
• Skilled in AWS/GCP and both SQL & NoSQL databases.
Desired skills:
• Team leadership or EM experience
• Automated testing and CI/CD implementation experience
• Vietnamese communication skills (for collaboration with offshore teams)
