Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will manage warehouse staff, processes, and systems to ensure productivity targets are met in a safe and efficient manner, compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), government regulations, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain efficient receiving, sampling/issuing, warehousing, distribution, and shipping operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational procedures and company policies.
• Schedule and assign weekly tasks to warehouse employees, ensuring follow-up on work results.
• Motivate, organize, and foster teamwork within the warehouse department to meet or exceed productivity targets.
• Conduct daily briefings with team members to communicate goals and updates.
• Manage warehouse staff, addressing personnel issues including recruitment, training, discipline, and performance management.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new warehouse technicians during orientation.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, ensuring accuracy, reconciling discrepancies in SAP, and investigating any inconsistencies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of cGMP and government regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in inventory management systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
