Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience and knowledge in backend development using Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, C#, PHP, or similar server-side programming languages
• Experience and knowledge in designing data models and writing efficient SQL using relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Ability to understand business-side requirements and urgency, and translate them into development tasks swiftly
• Capable of solving complex business challenges in collaboration with team members such as product managers, engineers, and customer support
• Strong sense of ownership, capable of managing schedules, handling design tasks, and delivering releases

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge and experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Understanding and experience in AI-related technologies (e.g., machine learning, deep learning, classification/regression/anomaly detection algorithms, overfitting prevention)
• Infrastructure engineering experience (e.g., building systems using AWS, GCP, Azure; defining SLAs; creating operational designs)
• Ability to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and improve services using both quantitative and qualitative user behavior analysis
• Knowledge and experience in web frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
• Experience in organizational management regardless of company size
• Familiarity with development methodologies such as the Waterfall model and Agile development
• Experience in mid-to-large-scale development projects involving over 10 person-months
• Experience in operating and tuning web applications, along with secure programming knowledge

Job Description

◎ Designing, developing, and optimizing systems utilizing generative AI
◎ Developing frontend and backend prototypes
◎ Supporting client companies with AI implementation (e.g., requirements definition, assisting project management)
◎ Fine-tuning and conducting research/development using existing foundation models (LLMs)
◎ Data cleansing (data cleaning)
◎ Exploring effective ways to integrate generative AI into services

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
