Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst – ERP Data Migration to support data readiness and migration activities during a large-scale ERP implementation. Reporting to the ERP Data Lead, this role ensures that data from legacy systems is accurately extracted, transformed, and migrated to the new ERP platform, maintaining high standards of data integrity throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data management and ERP systems, hands-on experience with data migration tools, and a collaborative approach to working with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between business users, data stewards, and technical teams to ensure smooth ERP data migration.
• Support extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from legacy ERP systems using tools such as Syniti ADMM.
• Assess data readiness, profile existing data, identify gaps or quality issues, and collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Configure, execute, and validate data loads, ensuring alignment with migration strategy and ERP requirements.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure adherence to migration schedules, timelines, and dependencies.
• Participate in UAT activities, validate migrated data, and address data-related issues raised by end-users.
• Develop and deliver documentation, user guides, and training materials to support adoption of new data processes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of data migration processes, testing, and change management activities.

Qualifications:

• Applied University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in data migration and readiness within ERP systems across multiple business domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM or other ETL/data migration tools is highly desirable.
• Experience in change management, UAT support, and ERP implementation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and SharePoint (O365 preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Spanish is an asset.
